Feasibility Study
I can produce a Feasibility Study to define the resources needed.

Tear Down
I report to clients on the strengths and weaknesses of competitors products.
I do this by taking products apart to see how problems have been solved.
I estimate the likely tooling and component costs of each product.
Some products are used as 'benchmarks' to set a standard to exceed.
Others, lessons in how not to do things.

Planning a project and manageing its' implimentation is important.
I have a detailed and experienced understanding of all the processes and their interelationships.
